At Lon Smith Roofing, we have been roofing Dallas homes for over 40 years and we have seen a lot of beautiful homes all throughout the DFW Metroplex. Having served our community for such a long time we sometimes feel like we have seen it all and then something comes around and takes us by surprise.

The most expensive home in Dallas did just that. This place is magnificent and massive. It comes complete with multiple basketball courts, a bowling alley, and even a waterpark. Yes, you read that correctly, a waterpark. This place is insane.  You have to see the pictures to believe it. It’s definitely time to pick up a lotto ticket because that’s the only way we could ever manage the $32,000,000 price tag!

The estate is also vast, handedly fitting eight bedrooms, 17.5 bathrooms, a 10-car garage, and multiple pools within its two, full-sized homes (combined by Dr. Richard Malouf in 2008) and 4.3 acre-lot. See more…
