Non-prorated warranty	A warranty which provides full replacement costs for the item(s) covered during the full term of the warranty. I wanted to tell you how impressed my wife and I were with Trey Bailey when he responded to my call regarding a residential roofing job we needed done. Lon Smith did an incredible job on the roof and I was very impressed with Trey. After my wife and I met with him the first time, we agreed we were not going to get other bids.
